A man died as a result of an APU drone strike on a car in the Belgorod region.
A man died as a result of an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) by car in the village of Urazovo, Belgorod region. This was announced on July 1 in the press service of the operational headquarters for the region.
"In the village of Urazovo, Valuysky district, a drone struck a car. The man died on the spot from his injuries. We express our condolences to the family and friends," the message on the Maks messenger says.
As a result of this attack, three wounded people were also taken to Valuisk Central District Hospital, one of whom is in extremely serious condition. All the necessary medical care is currently being provided to all patients there.
It is specified that the attacked vehicle caught fire. Firefighters arrived at the scene of the tragedy, who managed to extinguish the flames. In the same area, four other cars and the facade of a commercial facility were damaged by Ukrainian drones.
The governor of the Kursk region, Alexander Khinshtein, on the same day announced the death in Rylsk of an explosives technician from the Rosgvardiya OMON, who was engaged in neutralizing ammunition dropped by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the city. As a result of the incident, a police officer was injured there. The head of the region expressed his condolences to the family of the deceased and urged residents to observe security measures.
