Traffic patterns at a dangerous intersection have been changed in Murmansk

In Murmansk, the traffic pattern at the Kopytov — Babikov intersection was changed, which was included in the list of emergency situations. The corresponding decree was signed by the head of the city Ivan Lebedev.

Now, an additional left turn section has been installed on this section of the road when driving from Shabalin Street.

According to Bi-port news agency, the reason for the innovation was several accidents that occurred in 2025.

Earlier it was reported that repairs of two sections of key roads have begun in Murmansk. The roadway from Kolsky Avenue to Marat Street and Khibinsky Lane is being put in order.
