New lighting will be installed in two blocks of St. Petersburg

In St. Petersburg, lighting began to be installed on the territory of two residential quarters of the Kolpinsky district. This was announced on Wednesday, July 1, according to the press service of the city Committee on Energy and Engineering.

Work is underway on Karl Marx, Radchenko Brothers Streets, Lenin Avenue and Izhorsky Massif No. 1. There are plans to install 70 modern LED lights on 50 poles.

Already, power engineers are drilling holes for installing supports, digging trenches for cables, and installing supports on a ready-made foundation in some places. The project is expected to be completed by the end of December 2026.
