- Khabarovsk Territory will present its achievements on the "Street of the Far East"
The Khabarovsk Territory Pavilion at the exhibition "Far East Street — 2026" is a space with a modern multimedia exhibition that tells about the key achievements and prospects of the region's development in industrial production, urban planning, tourism, and international cooperation. The exhibition demonstrates the key role of the Khabarovsk Territory in the industrial development of the Russian Far East, the strategic partnership between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China within the framework of the project of joint development of the transboundary island of Bolshoy Ussuriysky.
"Khabarovsk Krai is one of the industrial outposts of the Far Eastern Federal District. These are major investment projects, the construction of new enterprises, the creation of new jobs, but most importantly, the continuous improvement of people's quality of life. On behalf of the President of Russia, two master plans are being implemented in the Khabarovsk Territory - the Khabarovsk agglomeration and the city of Komsomolsk—on-Amur. Thanks to the Far Eastern Presidential Single Subsidy, the social infrastructure is being updated. The region is ready to offer favorable conditions to investors, is open to tourists and is ready to tell about it at the exhibition "Street of the Far East". I am sure that the region's exposition will be of interest to participants and visitors of the Eastern Economic Forum," said Yuri Trutnev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative in the Far Eastern Federal District, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Eastern Economic Forum.
The concept of the pavilion is built around the idea of moving forward, openness and technological leadership. Modern architectural solutions, interactive interaction formats and digital technologies allow visitors to visually familiarize themselves with the iconic projects of the region.
"Russia's flagship project in the East is the development of Bolshoy Ussuriysky Island, a unique territory of Russian-Chinese cooperation. Visitors to our pavilion will learn about the development of transport and logistics infrastructure, international-level tourist facilities, innovative sites and new economic growth points shaping the future of cross-border cooperation. A special emphasis will be placed on the exposition "Amur River — international transport corridor". It reveals the importance of the Amur River as the most important transport artery of the Far East and shows the prospects for the development of multimodal logistics routes capable of combining river, sea and land transportation into a single system of international importance," said Dmitry Demeshin, Governor of the Khabarovsk Territory.
The investment zone introduces guests to the largest projects in the fields of industry, agriculture, infrastructure and development. Modern multimedia solutions allow you to get a complete picture of the advantages of doing business in the region and measures of state support for investors.
The Technological Breakthrough zone demonstrates the achievements of the Khabarovsk Territory in the field of aircraft construction, shipbuilding and the development of unmanned systems. Interactive three-dimensional models, digital panels and multimedia installations make it possible to study in detail samples of modern technology created by enterprises in the region, as well as to get acquainted with promising areas of technological development.
The Tourism zone will allow you to make a virtual trip on a sapboard across the Khabarovsk Territory, discovering the cities of Khabarovsk and Komsomolsk-on-Amur, the Shantar Islands.
A separate section is devoted to modern technologies of patriotic education and digital educational solutions. The use of artificial intelligence and interactive services makes it possible to present the history, culture and public initiatives of the region in a new format aimed at a youth audience.
The exhibition is complemented by an open stage with a rich cultural program and an exhibition and sale of products under the brand "Made in Khabarovsk Krai", which presents the best examples of regional production, folk crafts and modern design.
The Khabarovsk Territory Pavilion is a space where traditions and innovations, industrial potential and cultural heritage, large—scale investment projects and modern technologies combine into a single story about the present and future of the region.
Let us remind you that following the results of the WEF-2025, the Khabarovsk Territory Pavilion became one of the best among the expositions of the Far Eastern regions, winning in the "High Technologies" nomination.
The XI Eastern Economic Forum will be held on September 1-4 at the Far Eastern Federal University campus in Vladivostok. These days, the exhibition will be available to Forum participants, and on September 5, 6 and 7, it will open to all comers. The WEF is organized by the Roscongress Foundation.
