Moscow entrepreneurs, being participants of the "Summer in Moscow" project, actively exhibit their goods at the Moscow Seasons regional festival venues, where they not only develop their business for free, but also make new acquaintances. This was reported on July 1 on the official portal of the mayor of the city. mos.ru .

Platforms where representatives of small businesses can showcase their products and offer services are located throughout the city. However, those who wish sometimes prefer to book those pavilions that are located far from the center in order to get to know more about the peculiarities of residents of different areas.

It is noted that thanks to this project, Muscovite visitors can have an exciting day outdoors, where they will find not only shopping, but also colorful snacks, as well as sports and performances.

"Participation in such events is an invaluable opportunity for the development of creative work: a huge audience, new acquaintances, potential buyers and, of course, the experience that we get for free," said designer Elena Skrebkova.

She specializes in the manufacture of exclusive textiles and discovered the possibilities of "Summer in Moscow" relatively recently. The stand with her hats, bags, makeup bags and hair accessories is located on Grekova Street in the Northeastern Administrative District. Commenting on the presented range, Skrebkova clarified that such products are not sold on marketplaces and are distinguished by their skill, as they are created in conditions where the master pays attention to details.

Anastasia Grishchenko, another entrepreneur who sells 3D plastic toys, knitted jewelry and bead bags at the intersection of Yurovskaya and Sokolovo-Meshcherskaya Streets, calls the opportunities provided to her and her colleagues "salvation for small businesses." She explained that in normal cases, renting a site and paying the seller involved in it "eats up" most of the income, so free space allows you to save money and stimulates a businessman.

Vera Elfayumi works at the intersection of Molodtsova and Sukhonskaya Streets, making caskets from plaster, scented candles, diffusers and perfumed sprays. Such things, as the entrepreneur explained, are readily purchased for gifts, especially if they carry a Russian flavor. At the same time, in more remote urban areas, consumers prefer not the appearance, but the function of an object.

"They choose it for themselves and their home, so they carefully study the compositions presented, and also ask them to do something special - add a little more lavender or remove patchouli," she described.

Elfayumi clarified that over time, buyers begin to recognize sellers and even become friends with them, becoming permanent. Speaking about the money saved by the "Summer in Moscow", she said that they are being spent on the development of the whole business, including the creation of new entertainment advertising.

The first stream of the career guidance project for teenagers "Summer of my Career" will start working in Moscow on July 2. Children between the ages of 14 and 17 will be able to take part in it. As part of the prepared events, participants will be able to learn how the heating system of the metropolis works, get acquainted with the professions of the future, and also make a map of their own development under the guidance of a career mentor.
