A Himalayan bear that swam to Vladivostok was captured and sent for examination. This was announced on July 1 by the press service of the Primorsky Krai government.

"His (animal. — Ed.) has already been taken away by employees of the Hunting Supervision to a rehabilitation center in the village of Alekseevka, where he will be examined and released into the forest," the message in the Maks messenger says.

Being clarified. According to preliminary data, the bear is about three years old.

On June 25, the Kandalaksha Nature Reserve reported that in the forests of the Arctic, a bear was caught in a camera trap when it rubbed its back against a tree. His movements resembled a dance: the beast waved its front paws and squatted slightly. Scratching his back against the trunk, the animal came close to the camera. It was installed with a slight tilt, and after the beast moved it, it turned out to be in a more level position.
