The State Duma proposed to give citizens the right to choose the format of receipts for housing and communal services

On June 30, Sergei Mironov, leader of the Fair Russia — For Truth party and head of the State Duma faction, proposed that Russians have the right to choose between paper and electronic forms of receipts for housing and communal services.

"The choice between "paper" and "digital" should be voluntary...> A person should be able to choose in advance what is more convenient for him — a paper receipt, an electronic one. Our faction will propose such an amendment," Mironov said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
