Russian services have been warning their users about the impossibility of logging in via Apple ID and Google account since July 6. This was reported on June 29 in RIA Novosti.

"Starting from July 6, Apple ID and Google login will be unavailable as required by Federal Law No. 149-FZ. Link your phone number to save your profile," the agency quotes the message from the 2GIS application.
