The Russian brand Tenet Plus has announced the characteristics of the crossover L6

The Russian holding company AGR is preparing to launch sales of the first model of the new Russian brand Tenet Plus. The mid-size crossover L6 will be offered with both front- and all-wheel drive, according to a statement from the brand's press service, which was received by Izvestia on June 29.

The length of the Tenet Plus L6 is 4,554 mm, the wheelbase is 2,700 mm, and the ground clearance is 187 mm. In the front-wheel drive version, the crossover is equipped with a 1.5-liter engine with distributed fuel injection (147 hp and 225 Nm) in combination with a six-speed "robot".

The all-wheel drive version has an engine of the same displacement, but with a turbocharger with variable turbine geometry and a direct fuel injection system (150 hp; 270 Nm), and a six-speed robotic gearbox is paired with the engine. The engines can run on Ai-92 gasoline. The fuel tank capacity is 57 liters, and the stated combined fuel consumption starts at 6.9 liters per 100 km.

The list of Tenet Plus L6 equipment includes 19-inch wheels, LED optics, front seats with an extended cushion, heating and ventilation, a driver's seat with electric adjustments in six directions and a memory function, a digital dashboard with an 8.8-inch display and a multimedia complex with a 13.2-inch vertical screen. The media system supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wireless connectivity, and 50W wireless charging is provided for smartphones.

There is also an atmospheric backlight in the cabin, a Sony audio system with eight speakers, dual-zone climate control, seven airbags and a driver's assistant system, including adaptive cruise control with lane-keeping assistance, a frontal collision warning system and a blind control function.

Tenet Plus is one of four joint projects of the Russian holding AGR and the Chinese company Defetoo, in addition to Tenet, Jeland and Esteo. The second model of the new Russian brand Tenet Plus will be the compact urban crossover Tenet Plus L4. As it became known on June 24, the launch of L4 sales is scheduled for the third quarter of 2026. Both cars of the new brand are based on models of the Lepas brand, which is part of the Chery concern.
