The State traffic Inspectorate announced a raid on bicycle couriers in Moscow

On June 30, a preventive event "Bicycle Courier" will begin in Moscow, aimed at preventing offenses among delivery workers. This was announced by the Moscow State Traffic Inspectorate in the Maks messenger.

During the raid, traffic police will remind bike couriers of the need to be respectful to pedestrians when traveling on sidewalks, attentive on the road, use protective equipment with retroreflective elements, and comply with the requirements of road signs and traffic lights.

According to the results of a similar raid, which was conducted on May 22-24, traffic inspectors compiled more than 3.9 thousand administrative materials for traffic violations against deliverymen using personal mobility equipment.
