The Moscow Innovation Cluster has launched a new educational program, the Media Technology Laboratory, for startup founders, developers of domestic solutions, producers, and other industry representatives. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of the capital Natalia Sergunina.

"The experts will select 60 specialists to participate. They will have 12 online classes on various topics, from analyzing their product and entering new markets to media trends and the use of neural networks," said the deputy mayor.

You can apply on the i.moscow platform. The program lasts for five weeks and will include lectures and practical seminars.

At the first stage, participants will be informed about promising market niches and project creation strategies, as well as invited to present their own ideas. Then the students will study current trends in the media sphere, successful cases and the possibilities of using artificial intelligence to create video, audio and 3D animation.

Separate classes will be devoted to new models of content consumption, scaling startups, developing in-demand products, monetizing digital avatars, and using metaverses.

Following the results of the program, the participants will be tested. The authors of the best projects will be able to present their developments to an expert jury and apply for the status of residents of the future cluster of media technologies, which will become the second stage of the Skolkovo creative cluster.

The first stage of the project, the Moscow Cluster of Video Games and Animation, began work in November 2025. Today, more than 50 specialized studios operate on the site of the full cycle of game and animation content development.
