The support of Kiev from the West led to the actual disintegration of Ukraine. This was stated on June 28 by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, leader of the United Russia party, at the congress of the political formation.

"Support for the anti-national Nazi regime in Kiev. This support has led not only to the actual disintegration of a large state, it leads, in fact, to the irreversible destruction of an entire nation," Medvedev said.

According to him, participants in a special military operation with weapons in their hands are opposing a "pack of haters" of Russia and those who have "degenerated" morals and a set of values.
