Overhaul of Power Engineers Lane in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk will be completed by autumn

In Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, they plan to complete road repairs by the beginning of autumn, which started this week in Energetikov Lane. This is reported by the city administration.

The work is carried out in the section from Ukrainskaya Street to TPP-1. The capital repair project provides for the renovation of the roadway, the installation of street lighting, the installation of footpaths, the organization of bus stops and parking pockets.

According to Evgeny Khan, construction supervision engineer at the Department of Road Management and Landscaping, the contractor is currently carrying out preparatory work in the form of dismantling concrete blocks, dismantling soil and other measures. After that, the installation of the side stone will begin, SakhalinMedia news agency clarifies.

Road workers will start laying asphalt in mid-July. It is expected that the complete renovation of Power Engineers Lane will be completed by September 1.

Earlier it was reported that 40 yards are planned to be put in order in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk this repair season. The total area of the courtyards will be 7.6 thousand square meters. m.
