Russian regions are forming different models of foreign economic activity, which affects business demand for international settlements, A7 said.

"In the Far East, A7's client companies work with China and the Asia-Pacific region, in Tatarstan — with the Middle East, in the Urals — simultaneously with China, India and the UAE," the press service noted.

According to Stanislav Lazarev, A7's Deputy General Director for sales, regional business is increasingly moving from one-time payments under individual contracts to regular settlements within the framework of stable foreign trade relations. "Therefore, companies need not just a transfer service, but an infrastructure partner who helps to build international settlements taking into account the specifics of a particular market and region," Lazarev added.

The A7 network has more than 20 branches located in different regions of the country. For example, a Far Eastern settlement Center has been opened in Vladivostok, operating in the time zone of the Asia-Pacific region. This allows companies to quickly coordinate payments with Asian partners. Importers of equipment and consumer goods form the basis of the customer base here.

Turkey remains one of the key foreign trade partners of local businesses in the Krasnodar Region. Companies in the region use international settlements for both import and export operations.

According to A7's observations, regional businesses have become more professional in their approach to organizing foreign economic activity: they are more active in diversifying settlement currencies, planning liquidity in advance, and using several payment routes depending on the country and the terms of foreign trade transactions.
