Soldiers of the Southern Group of Forces spoke about their work in the Konstantinovsky area

The military personnel of the Southern Group of Forces continue to successfully carry out tasks in the Konstantinovsky area of the special operation, hitting and destroying facilities and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on June 26 by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

For example, artillery crews of the 10th Guards Tank Regiment of the group launched a series of precision strikes against Ukrainian Armed Forces targets in the area of Konstantinovka. As a result, two temporary shelters of Ukrainian militants equipped in the basements of private sector houses were hit. The enemy fortifications were destroyed along with the personnel stationed there.

"We help the infantry advance, we dismantle their fortified areas or buildings that get in the way," said a taxi driver loading guns with a call sign.

In addition, calculations of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) "Skat" and "Cube" destroyed enemy vehicles. The targets were discovered during aerial reconnaissance.

"The coordinates of the target were transferred to the calculation of the Cube attack UAVs. As a result of the fire damage, the enemy's car was destroyed along with the people in it," the Defense Ministry noted.

Gun crews operate in "rolls", reducing the time between a salvo and a change of position.

A day earlier, Russian UAVs Geran-2 attacked gas stations used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Mykolaiv region. Regular precision strikes on fuel storage facilities, gas stations and railway infrastructure facilities are aimed at disrupting the transport logistics of the Ukrainian militants.
