Three defendants have been arrested in Moscow in connection with the illegal withdrawal of more than 30 billion rubles abroad through the Qiwi payment system. This was reported by Kommersant on June 25.

It is specified that we are talking about the heads and owners of the Intercom group of companies Grigory Kisilhoff and Denis Lee, as well as Alexander Mikhalchuk, who was involved in the terminal business and dealer services of mobile operators.
