More than 39 million rubles will be allocated for the demolition of three buildings in Polyarnoye

In Polyarnoye (Murmansk region), it is planned to demolish two emergency houses and a hospital. The maximum value of the contract will be 39.8 million rubles.

According to Bi-Port news agency, two houses on Komsomolskaya Street, which were built in 1975 and 1977, will be included in the municipal contract. Each of the buildings has five floors and four entrances. In addition, it will be necessary to demolish the building of the city hospital on Starikova Street, which was built in 1957.

At the moment, bids are being accepted from potential performers. The work must be completed by mid-October 2026.

Earlier it was reported about the demolition of old wooden apartment buildings in the city of Krasnovishersk in the north of the Perm Region. The buildings have already been resettled as part of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment".
