Lukashenko declared the guaranteed presence of Belarus and Russia in any situation

Minsk's position is peaceful, but it will stand by Moscow under any circumstances. This was announced on June 25 by the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, meeting with the governor of the Moscow region Andrey Vorobyov.

"Our position is peaceful. But in any situation, we will stand by Russia," the BelTA news agency quoted him as saying.

Lukashenko also described his recent meeting with a Ukrainian delegation, to whose representatives he made it clear that his republic was not going to get involved in the conflict. He clarified that during the negotiations with the envoys, he pointed out the need to negotiate "like a human being", and not "dust up" and shout.

"The world and only the world. But with a full guarantee that they will not play with us and, like [Russian President Vladimir] Putin says they won't be able to deceive us again. Because Russia's deception will primarily hit Belarus," the Belarusian leader summed up.

On the same day, Lukashenko expressed confidence that the peoples of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine would eventually stay together anyway, as it could not be otherwise.
