The chatbot "Scooters: public control" was launched in Buryatia. Through the app, residents of Ulan-Ude can complain about violations by electric scooter drivers.

The bot is available in the MAX messenger and the VKontakte social network, writes IA UlanMedia. Complaints are sent to the operator who rented the scooter. As a response, an attacker may be fined or have his account blocked.

A similar system is already operating in 87 cities of Russia and Minsk. Three major operators are connected to it: MTS Yrent, Whoosh and Yandex Go. Two more Russian services will join them soon. Their names have not yet been disclosed.

Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Transport, together with the regional authorities, will approve infrastructure development plans for personal mobility equipment (IMS). State registration of SIM cards is also provided through the installation of license plates on them.
