The accident occurred the day before, writes KrasnoyarskMedia news agency. The Lada Vesta driver started moving away from the parking lot, when suddenly a girl ran out onto the roadway from behind parked cars and crashed into the left side of the car.
According to the department, the baby was walking along the road outside the pedestrian crossing area, moving along the sidewalk with her father. At the last moment, she jerked sharply towards the roadway.
Earlier, Izvestia wrote that one of the most common types of road accidents in Russia is accidents at intersections. In mid-June, a new "Safety Promotion" campaign was launched, aimed at reducing the number of such incidents.
