The search work at the site of the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike on Voronezh was completed on June 22

Search and rescue operations at the site of the missile attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on Voronezh, which took place on June 22, have been completed. This was announced on June 25 by the Governor of the Voronezh Region, Alexander Gusev. The body of the last missing person was found under the rubble, which increased the number of victims to six. Victims and injured

According to the final data, six people were killed as a result of the missile attack. The total number of victims is 68 people. 21 victims continue to receive medical care in hospitals in four hospitals in the region.

The rest, including two minors, received outpatient treatment. The governor noted that the condition of some of the victims is assessed as extremely serious.

Destruction and consequences

The semiconductor device factory was hit. As a result of the attack, the upper floors of the production building were significantly damaged. When the debris fell, about 100 cars were damaged, as well as the windows of ten apartment buildings and six private households. An emergency regime has been introduced in the Zheleznodorozhny district of Voronezh.

The reaction of the authorities

The Investigative Committee of Russia has opened a criminal case into the missile attack under the article on a terrorist act. Three days of mourning have been declared in the Voronezh Region. Compensation payments to the relatives of the victims have begun, and lists of victims with serious injuries are being formed to receive financial support.

Gusev thanked the residents for the vigilance and prompt actions of the emergency services, noting that thanks to timely assistance, it was possible to save the lives of many citizens.
