The court ordered Yeralash to provide documents on the claim of Grachevsky's son.

The Moscow Arbitration Court partially granted the application of Maxim Grachevsky, the son of director and screenwriter Boris Grachevsky, to Yeralash LLC, obliging the company to provide documents starting from January 1, 2021. A representative of the plaintiff informed Izvestia about this on June 25.

"Today, the Moscow Arbitration Court made a decision on the case. The requirements are partially satisfied: the court demanded the documents starting from January 1, 2021. In addition, a court penalty of 2,000 rubles has been imposed," the source said.

We are talking about accounting statements, information about property and other materials necessary to familiarize with the activities of the organization. The dispute concerns the main legal entity through which the film magazine's activities were conducted and continue to be conducted.

In 2024, the Meshchansky District court of the capital partially satisfied the lawsuit of the Yeralash production center against Boris Grachevsky's widow Ekaterina Belotserkovskaya and his daughter from his first wife Ksenia Aleeva-Grachevskaya for payment of a penalty. Following the meeting, the court ordered Grachevsky's heirs to pay 1.8 million rubles.

Also in 2022, a similar lawsuit was settled against Yeralash Production Center LLC against Boris Grachevsky's widow Ekaterina Belotserkovskaya and his other heirs for 4 million rubles.
