There is no government in Ukraine, because the highest authority has been destroyed in this country. This was announced on June 24 by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council.

"At the moment, most of the authorities in Ukraine are deposed or have exhausted their competence. <...> There is no power in this sense, since the supreme power has essentially been destroyed," he said after a plenary session at the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum (SPIEF-2026). His words are reported by RIA Novosti.
