Starting from July 6, trains will temporarily stop stopping at the Sickle and Hammer station in Moscow. This was announced on Wednesday, June 24, by the CPPCC on Wednesday, June 24.

The restriction is related to the large-scale construction work that Russian Railways will continue at the station, including the rebuilding of tracks and the creation of new infrastructure, the Moscow City News Agency reports.

At the time of closure, passengers were advised to use alternative routes through Kursky Railway Station, Nizhny Novgorod and Moscow-Tovarnaya stations to get to Ploshchad Ilyicha and Rimskaya metro stations.

For the convenience of passengers, diagrams and information posters will be placed at the stations, as well as an audio message will be organized.
