Construction of a multifunctional business center with an area of more than 93,000 square meters has begun in the Pechatniki district of Moscow, Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction, announced on Wednesday, June 24.

The facility will appear on Shosseynaya Street on the territory of the former Yuzhny Port industrial zone and will provide about 7.5 thousand jobs, the Moscow City News agency reports.

The building will be equipped with terraces with panoramic views of Moscow, underground and above-ground parking for 193 cars, additional parking spaces for residents and a charging station for electric vehicles, the website writes. kp.ru . The project also provides for architectural illumination of the facade.

Special attention will be paid to landscaping: trees and shrubs will be planted here, sidewalks, bike paths, recreation areas will be equipped, benches, bins for separate waste collection and outdoor lighting elements will be installed, NSN notes.

Earlier that day, the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, announced that more than 120 educational facilities were being built in Moscow at the same time. More than 56,000 students and almost 20,000 preschoolers will go to new kindergartens, schools and educational complexes.
