Russia is not satisfied with the "rules" of the West based on the neocolonial ambitions that it is trying to impose on the world. This was announced on June 23 by Russian President Vladimir Putin in his welcoming speech to the participants of the XII International Scientific and expert forum "Primakov Readings".

"As you know, Western countries advocate a kind of rules-based world. However, it was not difficult to make sure that this slogan hides openly neo-colonial ambitions...> Russia, like so many people in the world, is categorically not satisfied with such "rules"," his assistant Yuri Ushakov read out the president's address.
