Two passenger planes almost collided at Boston International Airport. This was reported on June 22 by ABC News channel.

The publication clarifies that the incident occurred last weekend. The Delta Air Lines plane had to delay landing and make a second lap to avoid colliding with an American Airlines airliner taking off. The TV channel noted that the distance between the planes was no more than 90 m.

"The Federal Aviation Administration has stated that it is investigating an incident between two commercial flights that occurred on Saturday at Boston International Airport," the material says.

Earlier, on June 21, it was reported that three people died as a result of the crash of a single-engine aircraft in the US state of Maryland. According to investigators, the plane is connected to one of the local flight schools in Montgomery County. The police admit that it could have been used in a training flight.
