A young girl and a woman were injured by an explosion of an APU drone in Zaporizhia

A young child and a woman were injured by the detonation of a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Zaporizhia region. This was announced by Governor Evgeny Balitsky on June 22.

"When an enemy UAV attacked the village of Velikaya Znamenka in the Kamensk-Dneprovsky municipal District, a young child was injured," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

The head of the region clarified that as a result of the drone explosion, a girl born in 2021 and a woman born in 1979 were injured. Both victims were taken to the hospital with injuries of varying severity.

The day before, Balitsky reported that fragments of an APU drone damaged a passenger bus in the Zaporizhia region. At the time of the incident, according to the head of the region, there were two passengers in the vehicle besides the driver.
