In July, a new hiking trail, the Sacred Way, will be inaugurated in Transbaikalia. The 3-km route will appear on the territory of the Tuzhi Land Art park in the Khilok district, the press service of the regional Ministry of Economic Development reports.

Canopies for art objects, sculptures dedicated to eastern mythology, a belfry with a bronze bell, information stands and maps will be installed on the trail, which can be used by visually impaired tourists.

The authorities expect that more than 3,000 people will visit the trail annually. According to ChitaMedia news agency, tourism support in the region is carried out with the participation of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality".

Earlier it was reported that a list of promising sites will be formed in the Ivano-Arakhleisky Park in Transbaikalia. Next, work will begin on the development of each territory.
