The friendship tree from Buryatia appeared in Mongolia

The friendship tree from Buryatia appeared in Mongolia during the First International Forum of Eurasian Museums. The plant was planted by director of the National Museum of the Republic Tatiana Boronoeva, reports IA UlanMedia.

The event "Eurasian Exchange: Future Opportunities and Multilateral cooperation" was held from June 14 to 19. The forum was attended by museum leaders from more than 20 countries. They planted trees that will become a living symbol of cooperation.

The action was held as part of the "Billion Trees" campaign, which was initiated by the President of Mongolia. The goal is greening the state, preserving the natural heritage and fostering environmental responsibility.
