The court placed two defendants in the case of blogger Shurygina under house arrest.

The Troitskiy Court of Moscow has chosen a preventive measure in the form of house arrest until July 19 against actress Anastasia Ovsyannikova (Nastya Kholod) and producer Ludwig Kreacher. The court informed Izvestia about this on June 22.

It is specified that Ovsyannikova filed a complaint against the chosen measure of restraint. According to the case file, a search was conducted at the place of residence of German citizen Kreacher.

On June 16, the court chose a preventive measure for Shurygina in the form of house arrest until July 19. The girl is charged under Article 242 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal production and trafficking of pornographic materials or objects").

Shurygina became widely known in 2016 after a high-profile story in Ulyanovsk. At that time, another underage girl stated that she had been drunk and raped at a party. Sergei Semyonov, who was found guilty, was sentenced to eight years in a penal colony, but was released early in 2018.

Semenov offered the girl protection in court and later, in an interview with Izvestia, added that it was a joke. He stressed that neither he nor his family communicate with Shurygina or her relatives.

On June 17, Izvestia became convinced in a dialogue with the seller that the sale of access to paid content under the name of Shurygina continues, despite the girl's being under house arrest. It was noted that the talk show star has not stopped selling subscriptions to a closed Telegram channel, the cost of access to premium content is 4850 rubles.
