The air defense forces repelled an attack by Ukrainian drones on the Rostov region

The air defense forces destroyed Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the city of Gukovo, as well as in the Chertkovsky and Verkhnedonsky districts of the Rostov region. This was announced on June 22 by the governor of the region, Yuri Slyusar.

"Last night, during the repulse of an air attack on the Rostov region, UAVs were destroyed in the city of Gukovo, Chertkovsky and Verkhnedonsky districts," follows from a publication in the Telegram channel.

As the governor noted, there was no information about casualties or damage on the ground.

Such UAVs are characterized by long-term operation and unpretentiousness to weather conditions.

The head of the Donetsk People's Republic, Denis Pushilin, announced on June 21 that one person was killed and seven more civilians were injured due to UAV attacks on the region. It was noted that a man born in 1996 received moderate injuries on the Debaltseve–Svetlodarsk highway in the Debaltseve urban district.
