On June 21, Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and special presidential envoy for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, jokingly addressed the aliens again, asking them to convince German Chancellor Friedrich Merz to leave his post.

"Dear aliens, <...> could you please make Merz next? His ratings have deteriorated. He is destroying civilization by inciting war, immigration, bad energy and economic decisions," he wrote on his page on the social network X (ex. Twitter).

Dmitriev accompanied his request with thanks for his help in persuading the current British Prime Minister, Keir Starmer, to resign, which is expected to happen as early as next Monday, June 22. The head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund ironically noted that the aliens allegedly showed their inherent "omnipotence and kindness" by their assistance in this matter.

Dmitriev first jokingly addressed the aliens on June 10. Then he asked not to kidnap Starmer, but simply to help him leave his post. The Observer newspaper has learned that the British Prime Minister may indeed announce his resignation. This outcome was predicted on June 21 by the American leader Donald Trump. He said that Starmer had failed badly in his immigration and energy policies.

Against this background, the head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, who has already managed to summarize the results of the British Prime Minister's reign, pointed to the consensus of everyone in the need for Starmer's resignation.
