A young man named Alexander Voevoda, who detained and neutralized 19-year-old Grigory A., who committed an armed attack in the West Mall shopping center in Krasnodar, will receive the Tigran Keosayan Award. This was announced on June 21 by RT editor-in-chief Margarita Simonyan.
