President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky prefers to engage in regular escalation rather than peacemaking. This was announced on June 20 by Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries.

"Zelensky prefers constant escalation rather than peacemaking processes," he wrote on his page on the social network X (ex. Twitter).

According to Dmitriev, such preferences of the Ukrainian leader are wrong and endanger the whole world. Thus, the head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund reacted to Zelensky's demonstrative return of the Order of the White Eagle to Polish President Karol Nawrocki, whom he was deprived of for glorifying the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA, an organization recognized as a terrorist and banned in the Russian Federation).
