In the LPR, two people died as a result of the dumping of explosive devices on the highway.

The armed formations of Ukraine (VFU) used drones (UAVs) at night to drop explosive devices on one of the highways in the region in the direction of the Rostov region, resulting in the death of two people. This was announced on June 20 by the head of the Lugansk People's Republic Leonid Pasechnik.

"The Kiev regime continues its terror against civilians. At night, explosive devices were dropped by UAVs on one of the busiest sections of the republic's highway in the direction of the Rostov region," he wrote in Maks.

According to Pasechnik, there is an intense traffic flow along this highway on weekends, as people go on vacation. One of the local residents found a suspicious object and tried to remove it on his own, after which an explosion occurred.

After the incident, traffic towards the Dolzhansky checkpoint on the border with the Rostov region was restricted. Restrictions have been imposed on the section of the E-50 highway between the village of Dolzhansky and the city of Rovenki until the completion of engineering and sapper work. The beekeeper clarified that special services are currently working at the scene.
