Guard Corporal Dmitry Shabanov destroyed two heavy drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) during the combat mission to defend the unit's stronghold. This was announced by the Ministry of Defense on June 20.

It is noted that the Russian soldier conducted surveillance and detected the approach of heavy drones to the positions. Having occupied a convenient firing line, he destroyed two heavy Ukrainian drones with precise fire.

Then the stronghold was attacked by airborne attack drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, within a short time, the guard Corporal Shabanov destroyed ten drones. While repelling the attack, one of the soldiers was injured, but Shabanov provided first aid and evacuated his colleague. The courage and dedication of the corporal's guard made it possible to avoid losses among the personnel of the Russian army.

In addition, the department noted the courage of Senior Lieutenant Artur Shaislamov, thanks to whom the assault platoon successfully occupied an important stronghold and consolidated its position. In addition, conditions were created for a further offensive into the depth of the enemy's defenses.

According to the Defense Ministry, the platoon under the command of Shaislamov received a combat mission to capture an enemy stronghold. The soldier conducted a reconnaissance of the area, accurately set the tasks for the movement of the assault groups and the time to reach the attack lines, and also personally led one of the assault groups.

During the movement to the enemy's stronghold, the assault group under his command came under heavy enemy fire. Maintaining his composure, the senior lieutenant regrouped the unit and brought them out from under fire. Shaislamov, having assessed the situation, decided to resume the attack from another direction, he continued to move as part of one of the platoon's assault groups.

The enemy stronghold was attacked by assault groups from an unexpected direction. During the battle, Senior Lieutenant Shaislamov competently led the actions of the groups, which made it possible to capture an important enemy stronghold with minimal losses and in a short time.
