Moscow residents have downloaded the city's mobile apps almost 100 million times in 14 years, Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina said.

They help to solve a wide range of everyday tasks online, from enrolling a child in kindergarten and ordering medical certificates to buying tickets for various events.

"The first urban application "Gosuslugi Moskvy" appeared in 2012, and now there are more than 20 of them. They cover all key areas of life in the metropolis: from medicine and transport to culture and apartment building management. The services are constantly being improved taking into account the wishes of users: they improve navigation, integrate AI assistants, and add new functions," said Sergunina.

Among the popular applications is Gosuslugi Moskvy, through which residents pay bills, transmit meter readings, and monitor children's school attendance.

Many popular services are also integrated by the My Moscow app. They are organized into thematic sections: "Family", "Home", "Transport", "Health", "Leisure and tickets". Users can call the master at home, order meals for the child in the school cafeteria, arrange for the removal of unnecessary items.

Other applications include "EMIAS.INFO" for making appointments with doctors and accessing a medical record, "MASH Diary" for monitoring homework and school performance, "Moscow Metro" and "Moscow Transport" for planning trips around the city, as well as "Parking in Russia", which allows you to pay for parking not only in the capital, but also in Moscow region, St. Petersburg and Kislovodsk.

It is convenient to interact with the management company and neighbors in the Electronic House application. Moscow", always have documents at hand in "My id", plan your vacation in the Russpass travel service, and find new options for educational walks around the city in the "Find Out Moscow" application.
