Volga has announced all prices and the start of sales of three models in Russia

Sales of three models of the revived domestic brand Volga have started in Russia. This is stated in the message of the brand's press service, which was received by Izvestia on June 19. The range includes the C50 sedan, K40 and K50 crossovers. Their production has been established at the plant in Nizhny Novgorod. The cars are guaranteed for a period of five years or 150 thousand kilometers. It is noteworthy that all three models turned out to be cheaper than their Geely counterparts.

The Volga C50 sedan is based on the Chinese Geely Preface. It is equipped with a two-liter turbo engine (150 or 200 hp) paired with a seven-speed robotic. In the basic version, the model costs from 2.9 million rubles, in the intermediate version — 3.15 million rubles, in the top version — 3.3 million rubles. Options include 17- or 18-inch wheels, LED optics, dual-zone climate control, an all-round camera system, 12 audio speakers, six airbags, adaptive cruise control and other assistants, ventilation and electric adjustments of the front seats.

The Volga K40 mid-size crossover is based on Geely Atlas. There are three options: for 2.75 million, 3.05 million and 3.8 million rubles. It is available with two powertrain options: a 1.5-liter turbo engine (147 hp) paired with a seven-speed robot and a two-liter turbocharged unit (200 hp) with an eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive system. Depending on the configuration, the crossover has 18- or 19-inch wheels, panoramic roof, dual-zone climate control, adaptive cruise control, wireless charging, electric seat adjustment, projection display, 11 audio speakers, electric trunk drive, front seat ventilation and other options.

Finally, the flagship crossover Volga K50, which is the Geely Monjaro in the original, costs from 4.2 million, 4.5 million and 4.65 million rubles, depending on the level of performance. It is equipped with a two-liter turbo engine with a capacity of 238 hp with an eight-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system. The SUV has 19- or 20-inch wheels, a panoramic roof, three-zone climate control, a driver's seat with massage, 12 speakers, and front seats with ventilation.

For comparison, the price of the Preface starts from 3.33 million rubles (3.08 million with discounts), Atlas — from 3.45 million rubles (3.19 million with discounts), and Monjaro — from 4.6 million rubles (4.35 million with discounts).

As previously stated by Tatiana Fadeeva, head of the Volga brand, the strategic goal of the project is the phased formation of a completely original model range. The launch of fundamentally new Volga models may take place no earlier than 2028.
