In 2025, the total amount of taxes and other mandatory payments of Rosneft to the Russian budget system amounted to more than 5 trillion rubles, said the head of the company Igor Sechin.

Speaking at the annual meeting of the general meeting of shareholders, which was held in person, he recalled that for many years the company has remained Russia's largest taxpayer, "playing a leading role in generating federal budget revenues and ensuring the socio-economic development of the country."

Rosneft also continues to strictly adhere to its dividend policy, paying dividends continuously since 2000. Sechin called ensuring profitability for shareholders "one of the company's strategic priorities."

Speaking about the financial results of 2025, the head of Rosneft said that against the background of lower oil prices and the strengthening of the ruble, revenue amounted to 8.2 trillion rubles, EBITDA — 2.2 trillion rubles (26% of revenue). Net profit attributable to Rosneft shareholders in 2025 amounted to 293 billion rubles, capital expenditures — 1.4 trillion rubles, free cash flow — 700 billion rubles. The debt burden ratio was estimated at 1.5, which "is comfortable for the company and corresponds to the credit policy," Sechin added.
