The Social Fund named the number of people who received pension savings payments in 2025

Almost 600 thousand pensioners and citizens of pre-retirement age received lump-sum payments of pension savings in 2025. This is evidenced by the data of the Social Fund of Russia, which was reviewed by RIA Novosti on June 19.

According to statistics, in total in 2025, the Social Fund assigned 719.7 thousand payments, of which 592.6 thousand were lump-sum payments. It is noted that pension savings can be received in the form of a funded pension, an urgent pension payment or a lump sum payment. The choice of the form depends on the conditions of the destination and the size of the savings.

Women can make such payments from the age of 55, men from the age of 60. To receive funds, you must contact the Social Fund of Russia or a non-governmental pension fund where savings are stored.

At the same time, there is no provision for co—financing from the budget - as employers will be involved in transferring payments for employees.

State Duma Deputy Sergey Kolunov. On June 16, he said that Russian citizens can find out the status and date of pension accrual in the "Pensions" section of their personal account on the Gosuslugi portal. The deputy explained that the absence of a pension payment on the appointed day may be due to technical failures or a delay in delivery via mail.
