Denis Panyushin, an ordinary soldier of the Armed Forces of Russia, opened and destroyed a camouflaged firing point of the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on June 19 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

It is specified that the unit, in which Panyushin performs combat missions, provided fire support to the servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The private ensured stable control of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and destroyed an enemy object with the help of an attack drone. The Defense Ministry noted that thanks to Panyushin's courage, the combat mission was completed without loss of personnel.

In addition, as a result of the fire action led by Senior Sergeant Maxim Dergousov, two mortar crews and up to eight Ukrainian militants were destroyed. It is specified that the sergeant's unit performed the task of suppressing enemy firepower. Having received information from the UAV calculations about the location of the AFU militants, Dergousov ordered the crew of the combat vehicle to suppress the uncovered targets. Thanks to Dergousov's professionalism, the combat mission was completed.
