An office complex for 6 thousand jobs will appear in the west of Moscow

An architectural and urban planning solution has been agreed upon for a new office complex in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye district in the west of Moscow. This was announced on Thursday, June 18, by the press service of the metropolitan complex of urban planning and construction.

According to the head of the complex, Vladimir Yefimov, a business center with a total area of 77.5 thousand square meters will be built at 44/2 Ryabinovaya Street. It is planned to create about 6 thousand jobs in the new business complex, the Moscow City News Agency reports.

As noted in the message, the appearance of the facility will make it possible to form a modern office and logistics hub in the area with convenient access to the MKAD and the North-Western Chord, writes NSN. The architectural concept of the complex provides for a combination of rack-and-pin glazing and hinged slats. Due to this, the building will be perceived as a single composition of multi-storey towers.

The Department of Urban Planning Policy clarified that the complex will consist of two buildings united by a stylobate, RT clarifies. One of them will be placed along Ryabinovaya Street, the second — across it.

In addition to office space, the building provides retail facilities, a fitness center, cafes and restaurants. The underground level will be occupied by parking for 170 cars, including places for people with limited mobility. Electric vehicle charging stations are also being equipped here, according to the website kp.ru .
