Comprehensive combat training sessions were held at a training ground in the Nizhny Novgorod Region with military personnel selected for contract service in the unmanned systems forces of the Moscow Military District. The June 18 footage is published by Izvestia.

Future specialists will master the control of ground-based robotic complexes, piloting FPV drones, servicing reconnaissance UAVs, and countering enemy unmanned aircraft. The instructor with the call sign Smolyan said that the classes practice mechanical and electrical detonation methods, each of which is used depending on the conditions.

An explosive engineer with the call sign Mango explained that the candidates were distributed according to their specialties, taking into account their fine motor skills and stress tolerance. After theoretical training, testing and practice without a warhead, some of them were allowed to work with live ammunition.

"The guys are showing themselves at the highest level, and the knowledge they gained was very solid, but in the end, the guys did well," he said.

During the classes, practical flights of FPV drones with a warhead, the work of sappers, the deployment of ground control stations and the assembly of drones were worked out. After completing the training, the contract soldiers will be sent to the area of the SVO.
