A sports and recreation complex with an outdoor go-karting track is under construction in Domodedovo, Moscow region. He will appear in the village of Yam.

The online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya, with reference to the Glavgosstroynadzor press service, writes that this will be a two-story building that will combine sports spaces, administrative and auxiliary premises. Its area will be about 7.9 thousand square meters. m.

Parking for 88 cars and pedestrian areas are being set up next to the complex.

Inspectors of the department inspected the progress of construction. The workers have erected the foundation and are now building the above-ground structures of the building. The readiness of the complex is 5%. The facility is scheduled to be completed in December 2026. The developer is FOK LLC.

On June 18, it was reported that the development of infrastructure for pedestrians continues in the Moscow region. One sidewalk has been commissioned, and work is still underway on 11 facilities. More than 7.4 km of footpaths are currently under construction. New sidewalks will appear in six localities soon.
