In the Moscow region increased the fine for parking on lawns for a number of citizens
The Moscow State Duma has adopted a law on amendments to the Administrative Code of the Moscow Region, which increases the minimum fine for placing vehicles on lawns, flower beds and areas with greenery for legal entities and officials. This was reported on the Duma's website on June 18.
Thus, the fine for legal entities increased from 30 to 50 thousand rubles, and for officials — from 10 to 20 thousand rubles. Now it is 50-100 thousand rubles for the first category, and 20-50 thousand rubles for the second. For citizens, the amount of the fine remains the same — from 3 thousand to 5 thousand rubles.
In addition, the Moscow City Duma clarified the responsibility for parking at container sites. Now it is provided only if the car is standing directly in front of the garbage accumulation site and interferes with the entrance of the garbage truck. Liability is not provided if the car is parked according to the road markings indicating the parking space. Responsibility for violating the requirements of road signs or markings prohibiting stopping or parking is provided for by the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
Fines for placing cargo vehicles in courtyards and inner-city areas have also been increased, except in cases of loading and unloading: 10-20 thousand rubles for officials and 20-50 thousand rubles for legal entities. Nothing has changed for citizens (3-5 thousand rubles).
On April 23, the Moscow City Duma also amended the regional Administrative Code at a meeting, increasing the amount of fines for non-payment of public transport.
