The corvette "Gremyashchy" of the Pacific Fleet carried out artillery firing
In Kamchatka, in the Avacha Bay, the Gremyashchy corvette of the Pacific Fleet's water protection ships successfully completed artillery firing during the completion of the course task. This was announced on June 18 by the press service of the Pacific Fleet.
The ship's crew fired at surface targets of a simulated enemy. It is noted that the events were held using AK-190 and AK-630 guns.
A mandatory element of going to sea was to conduct a complex of anti-ship defense training: the destruction of unmanned boats, unmanned aerial vehicles and anti-sabotage ship defense measures at sea.
As noted in the press service, when the ship was parked in an unprotected raid, preventive grenade throwing was carried out against underwater saboteurs of a simulated enemy.
On June 3, the press service of the Northern Fleet reported that the Arkhangelsk nuclear-powered submarine missile cruiser fired missiles during an exercise in the Barents Sea. It was noted that as part of the planned combat training activities, the Arkhangelsk cruiser fired an Onyx cruise missile from an underwater position at a sea target that imitated a surface ship of a simulated enemy.
