The Basmanny Court of Moscow has arrested Russian boxer Alisultan Nadirbegov, accused of murdering Alexander Petrov, a deputy of the Vyborgsky district of the Leningrad Region. This was announced on June 17 in the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of Moscow.

"On June 17, 2026, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow chose a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of two months in relation to Nadirbegov Alisultan," the Telegram channel said.

Ilya Traber, an influential local businessman, was detained in St. Petersburg on June 17. It was clarified that employees of the Central Office of the FSB of Russia, who are with him on Liteyny Prospekt, worked with Traber. In recent years, the businessman has been managing port assets in Primorsk and Ust-Luga.
