In a year and a half, Galaktika Corporation, a Russian software developer specializing in the creation and implementation of business information systems for automating management and accounting of large enterprises, has tripled its revenue, doubled its staff, and introduced a platform with integrated AI agents. The largest state corporations are already testing the solution. Read more about the company's qualitative breakthrough and its new product in the Izvestia article.

A market at a crossroads

The Russian market of enterprise resource management systems (ERP) found itself in a difficult situation. On the one hand, there are strict regulatory deadlines for the transition to domestic software: in March 2026, ERP systems were equated to critical information infrastructure facilities for the most important industries. On the other hand, the high cost and complexity of migration. According to the estimates of the specialized Autonomous Non-Profit Organization NCK ISU, the cost of transition for industrial giants is estimated at billions of rubles, and the process itself takes years.

At the same time, according to Ultimatek Group statistics, by the beginning of 2026, the vast majority of the country's largest industrial holdings were still operating the German SAP system. Alexey Telkov, CEO of Galaktika Corporation, notes that money is a key barrier.

— It takes a long time to implement a classic ERP. The company has to bear double costs: at the same time pay for expensive support for the old foreign platform and finance the development of a new one," he explains.

However, it was in this turbulence that some players saw an opportunity. In 2025, Galaktika doubled its staff to more than 700 people, and the company's revenue, according to various sources, reached 2 billion rubles, showing a three—fold increase compared to 2024. The potential portfolio under the company's existing agreements is estimated at more than 50 billion rubles.

The architecture of the new generation

In May 2026, Galaktika presented a fundamentally new product, the Galaktika Supernova platform, at the Digital Industry of Industrial Russia (CIPR) conference in Nizhny Novgorod. Its main difference from classic ERP systems is the built—in AI agents.

The platform is built on an open architecture, which allows you to connect any components and extensions. Instead of the proprietary VIP language, which previously had to be used to refine the system, developers can use Python, Java, and C#. The interface is separated from the core, which simplifies configuration and reduces dependence on the vendor.

The AI in Supernova is embedded directly into business processes. Various agents prompt, generate code, speed up development, and take away the routine. It is enough for a specialist to set a task in a regular language — the agent will give you a ready-made solution. The processing time of documents can be reduced up to 75%. The company has invested about 350 million rubles in the development of the platform.
At the same time, Supernova already meets the requirements of the FSTEC of Russia, guaranteeing reliable data protection and easy scaling.

Major customers and pilots

The interest in the platform is formed by the largest industrial players. Among Galaktika's clients and partners are Rostelecom, Sibur, Transneft, Russian Post, Roscosmos.

In the project with Transneft, Galaktika EAM works in 42 organizations of the company for 30,000 users, completely replacing SAP PM. The St. Petersburg Metro is implementing a comprehensive solution: Galaktika ERP will cover approximately 2,000 users, while Galaktika EAM and Galaktika MES automate production process management. According to Telkov, Galaktika Supernova is already being piloted in the oil and gas sector, in the transportation segment, and in the automotive industry.

Strategic plans

From a strategic perspective, Galaktika focuses on a significant market share of heavy ERP — up to 50% in its segment. According to various expert estimates, in 2025 the company's share in the Russian ERP market was about 10%.

As Pavel Rastopshin, CEO of Ultimatek, noted, Galaktika's breakthrough clearly demonstrates that the market is experiencing an acute hunger for integrated full-featured ERP systems.

— The key role here is played by the very expectation from the vendor: he must be a full-fledged partner, able to give confidence in the future, provide a clear roadmap, a long—term perspective and a confirmed willingness to solve strategic tasks of automating core processes for large businesses, - the expert notes.

At the same time, Telkov emphasizes that trust in domestic ERP is formed through increasing the reliability of business processes during the transition period, and not through direct copying of the functionality of foreign analogues.
