Gazzaev, the ex-coach of the Russian national football team, was added to the Peacemaker database

On June 17, the former head coach of the CSKA Moscow football club and the Russian national team, Valery Gazzaev, was added to the database of the Ukrainian website "Mirotvorets" (recognized as extremist and banned in the territory of the Russian Federation).

Gazzaev is accused of allegedly encroaching on the sovereignty and integrity of Ukraine.

"To be honest, I don't care. I have always served my Fatherland faithfully. I think I did everything right," he said in an interview with TASS, commenting on the situation.

Gazzaev is 71 years old, he remains the most decorated Russian coach and the only Russian specialist to win the European Cup — in 2005, his CSKA won the UEFA Cup. Under his leadership, the Army team won the Russian championship three times and the National Cup four times. Gazzaev also led Vladikavkaz's Alania to championship gold in 1995 and led Dynamo Moscow and Kiev.

Alexander Galchenyuk, a hockey player for the Spartak Moscow hockey club, was also added to the database of the Ukrainian extremist website Peacemaker on June 15. The reason was an alleged attempt on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
